Il Corvina igt
Grape: Corvina Veronese. Organoleptic characteristics: red ruby color. On nose is intense and thin, with pretty accent of red fruits spices. On the palate is smooth, with a right dose of tannins and a good acid balance. Very well balanced. Gastronomy: pairs with meat. Served chilled with seafood. Serving temperature: 14° / 16°. Alcohol content: 13%

Il Valpolicella Superiore doc
Grapes: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone e Rondinella. Organoleptic characteristics: ruby red color with purple red nuances. On nose an intense, dark fruit cocktail, with accent of vanilla and spices. On the palate is dry, savoury, delicate and balanced. Gastronomy: pairs with important main courses, barbecue and aged cheeses. If drunk chilled, it pleasantly pairs grilled lake fish, such as trout or lake perch. Serving temperature: 18° / 20°. Alcohol content: 13%

L’Amarone doc
Grapes: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone e Rondinella. Organoleptic characteristics: deep ruby red color with nuances of garnet. On the nose, the bouquet is magnificent and complex. The opening sweet accents of maraschino cherry and jam are then replaced by a spicy aroma and delicate leather hints in the end. On the palate is generous, warm, yet elegant and strong with a balanced ending. Gastronomy: it pairs well with grilled or stewed game, braised meat and aged cheeses. Its aftertaste, derived from dried grapes, make it perfect drink also to accompany bitter-sweet dishes. As a “meditation wine”, is the ideal companion for any evening. Serving temperature: It is strongly recommended to open the bottle one hour before and serving at 18° / 20°. Alcohol content: 14,50%. Il Garganega igt
Grapes: Garganega. Organoleptic characteristics: brilliant golden straw color. On the nose, elegant fruity sensation of apricot and elaborated floral bouquet, in which a jasmine accent prevails. On the palate is dry, with pleasant and persistent flavor with a light aroma deriving from the late harvest of the cold-macerate grapes. Fresh and very well balanced. Gastronomy: delicious if paired with appetizers and grilled fish. Pleasant if served with fresh and goat cheeses. Serving temperature: 10° / 12°. Alcohol content: 13%

Il Lugana doc
Grapes: Trebbiano from Lugana. Organoleptic characteristics: brilliant golden straw color. On the nose, the most delicate bouquet of white flowers alternates with the aromas of dried and candied fruit. On the palate is dry, particularly appealing, pleasantly mineral and savoury. Freshness and alcohol are delightfully balanced. Gastronomy: this wine has an intense structure and it’s the best enjoyed with shellfish “au gratin” and both with meat and fish tartare.
