Grapes varietals : Barbera 60%, Bonarda 40%. Colour: intense, bright ruby red. Flavour: smooth, structured with note of liquorice and leather. Aroma: full, mature with spicy notes. Alchool content: 12,5% Serving temperature: 18°C. Ideal with : soups, red meats and medium-ripe cheeses.
