Varietals: Freisa . The wine recalls flavours of wild strawberries, blackcurrant and mint, in the mounth it presents the tannic texture typical of Freisa: the tannin is powerful and clear, and rolls up the palate meeting greatly furred game, venison and well aged cheeses. “Marasco” Barolo

Varietals: Nebbiolo . Purple colour. In the nose, roses and violets alternate, barely revealing promising fragrances yet to unravel.
